Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of any lotions, scents, or signs of wear.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
